Holding Space

A supportive virtual space for young women.

Holding Space is an 8-week virtual support group for women ages 18–24 navigating the stress, pressure, loneliness, identity shifts, friendships, burnout, and transitions that often come with college and early adulthood.

This group was created to offer a space for honest conversation, meaningful connection, emotional support, and community with other women in similar stages of life.
