DBT Bootcamp Summer 2026


DBT Skills Bootcamp is BACK this summer!

Master the essentials of DBT—whether you’re starting from scratch or sharpening your skills.


Our Format

Our bootcamp consists of a 1-day Mindfulness Seminar and three focused 4-day skills modules. You have the flexibility to choose separate weeks to attend or complete the entire series.


1. The Foundation: Mindfulness Seminars

Prerequisite: Required for all new participants who have not previously completed a DBT skills group or formal mindfulness training.

  • Friday, June 26th | 9:00 am – 12:00 pm OR

  • Friday, July 10th | 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

2. The Modules: 4 Day Skills Intensive

Time: 9:30 am – 12:00 pm | Days: Monday – Thursday

  • Week 1 (July 13–16): Distress Tolerance Learn to navigate crisis moments without making them worse and build a toolkit for riding out emotional pain.

  • Week 2 (July 20–23): Emotion Regulation Understand the function of your emotions, reduce vulnerability, and learn how to change reactions that aren't serving you.

  • Week 3 (July 27–30): Interpersonal Effectiveness Master the art of asking for what you need, setting boundaries, and maintaining self-respect in your relationships.

3. Rates

  • EARLY REGISTRATION RATES OFFERED THROUGH JUNE 1, 2026

  • Mindfulness Seminar Cost: $200 ($250 after June 1)

  • 4 Day Bootcamp Module: $595 per module ($675 after June 1)

  • Superbills provided upon completion at request.


Group Selection

We offer specialized programming for both teens and adults. Please select the appropriate group at registration.

  • Adolescent Group (Ages 13–17)

  • Adult Group (Ages 18+)
